Learn more about The Nations
The Nations, or “Historic West Nashville,” is an up and coming community that’s growing rapidly and changing by the day. The Nations has exploded in redeveloping properties and new construction. It still maintains an urban feel and is convenient to downtown without being in the heart of the city. You will find a high volume of “Tall Skinnies” in The Nations, along with a mix of older Nashville charm.
The Nations is conveniently located off of I-40, just north of Sylvan Park. Many new restaurants have popped up in the area including Nashville staples like Hattie B’s Hot Chicken. The Nations is also known for its 165 ft tall mural of 91 year old Lee Estes who has lived in the community his whole live. The mural is on an abandoned grain silo and was painted by well known mural artist Guido van Helten.
