A customer service mindset is something I’ve had from a young age. Having worked in the hospitality industry through high school and college, I used my expertise to help my family open 9 Fruits, a smoothie shop in Williamson County. Managing the sales, marketing and IT while serving customers gave me a 360° view of everything that must be connected to deliver a great customer experience. My next step took me to sales side of the industry, where I deepened my negotiation skills and my value of what many call ‘grit.’
Now in my real estate career, I bring my customer service mindset to serving my clients, working with them every step of the way. It brings me great joy to use my expertise to help others and be their advocate during such an important process. Just like in the hospitality industry, there are so many little things that go in to creating a great experience for a customer, and I love taking that wisdom to create a smooth and meaningful experience in buying or selling a home.
I’ve called Nashville home since 2007, moving here from California. The community spirit and the friendships I’ve created here are what makes Nashville special to me, and my wife and I enjoy spending time with our close friends. Photography is also a passion of mine – I love being outdoors, hiking and taking landscape photos.
